Before finalizing a new model's exterior, Hyundai used EEG headsets to measure real-time brain responses to prototype designs. Neural signals identified which shapes triggered genuine desire versus passive recognition. Specific hood angles and grille geometries created statistically significant reward-center activation, something completely invisible to any survey. The exterior was redesigned based purely on neural data. Post-launch purchase-intent scores were significantly higher.
